Hari ini (29/3) seluruh rumah di dusun 2 Desa Gedeg disemprot cairan desinfektan oleh anggota Karang Taruna. Kegiatan ini dapat diselenggarakan dengan lancar berkat kerjasama Ketua Dusun (Kadus), Ketua RT, Karang Taruna dan seluruh warga dusun 2.

Di desa Gedeg sendiri belum ditemukan kasus positif covid19. Seperti diketahui bahwa akhir-akhir ini ada beberapa warga yang pulang kampung (mudik) dari kota besar seperti Jakarta, maka menjadi perhatian bagi warga desa untuk lebih waspada. Mereka yang mudik diwajibkan lapor kepada pemerintah desa atau kadus setempat untuk didata dan diberikan himbauan.

Penyemprotan ini dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan penyebaran virus corona (covid19) di dusun 2. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan bisa meningkatkan kepedulian dan kewaspadaan warga dusun 2 terhadap wabah pandemik yang sedang berlangsung.
